“For once we begin to feel deeply all the aspects of our lives, we begin to demand from ourselves and from our life-pursuits that they feel in accordance with that joy which we know ourselves to be capable of.”

What I do

Intimacy Coaching

Hi – I’m Jhada. I’m an AFAB NonBinary, Neurospicy and Kink-Friendly Intimacy Coach. My pronouns are They/Them.

My mission is to create a secure and supportive space for you and your significant other/s, or just for you, to dive into the emotional and physical depths of intimacy in order to strengthen your relationship with your own body. My goal is to guide you in forming a more meaningful and satisfying bond with your body.

There is so much guilt and shame in our society that surrounds activities that bring the body specific kinds of pleasure. It can be difficult to break through that incessant, insidious ‘programming’ in order to enjoy the full range of experience that your body has to offer in this lifetime.

Getting better at physical and emotional intimacy is like anything else – it’s a skill that can be learned. That’s what experiential coaching is all about. It’s not just about talking it out – it’s about actually practicing new techniques and skills to improve your intimate connections.

At its core, Intimacy Coaching is about helping you live a better life overall. When we feel fulfilled and happy in our relationships – both with ourselves and others, it impacts every aspect of our lives – from our work to our social lives to our mental and physical health. It brings a richness to life that you didn’t realize was possible.

I wish to honor to the Indigenous people of what is now known as the state of Virginia, upon whose land I live, work, and heal. I give respect and honor to the citizens of the Cheroenhaka, Nottoway, Patowomeck, Pamunkey, Chickahominy, Eastern Chickahominy, Upper Mattaponi, Rappahannock, Nansemond and Monacan tribes, and honor the lost indigenous peoples of the Manahoac, Meherrin, Algonquian and Siouan tribes – who rightfully belong here.

I welcome and support individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities/expressions, and am also kink and polyamory friendly.

Unlocking the Power of Intimacy, One Connection at a Time.

Initial Consultation (30min)

This first meeting will last about 30 minutes. This is an opportunity for both of us to assess whether or not I will be a good coaching fit for this journey of self discovery and intimacy that you’re embarking on.

Personal Session (1 hr)(male/male presenting)

The purpose of this work is to activate all aspects of your being, allowing you to access parts of your psyche that may have been suppressed or influenced by negative social conditioning. By engaging in this work, you can reach a state of inner harmony and pleasure that can enhance your connections with partners.

Personal Session (1 hr)(female/female/NB presenting)

For many women, growing up in a culture of shame and repression has led to avoidance of certain parts of the body and a discomfort with the idea of self-pleasure. Social and religious teachings have often reinforced the idea that women should endure rather than enjoy intimate experiences. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Through a journey of liberation and self-discovery, you can break free from these limiting beliefs and experience the fullness of your body and spirit. Let’s work together to unlock your true potential so that you can experience fulfillment in all aspects of your life.

Couples/Polycule Sessions

My goal is to help you and your partner/s achieve a deeper connection with each other by guiding you to establish more open, honest communication and healthy boundaries. By doing so, you can express your desires in ways that your partner can better comprehend and connect with.

In all sessions:
We’ll engage in practices together that focus on attachment, intimacy, care, and erotic connection. Our sessions will be a sandbox where we get to play and practice relating in real-time.

“The erotic has often been misnamed by men and used against women. It has been made into the confused, the trivial, the psychotic, the plasticized sensation. For this reason, we have often turned away from the exploration and consideration of the erotic as a source of power and information, confusing it with its opposite, the pornographic. But pornography is a direct denial of the power of the erotic, for it represents the suppression of true feeling. Pornography emphasizes sensation without feeling.

The erotic is a measure between the beginnings of our sense of self and the chaos of our strongest feelings. It is an internal sense of satisfaction to which, once we have experienced it, we know we can aspire.”
